If you experience any concern during your appointment, please inform the reception team immediately so it can be addressed without delay.

Where possible, clients may request a change of service provider, and the team will accommodate this based on availability to maintain service quality and comfort.

Post-Service Adjustment Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every service provided.

If an adjustment is required after your appointment:

• The salon must be informed on the same day of the service
• Adjustment appointments can be scheduled within 2 days of the original appointment date
• Adjustments apply only to refinements of the original service performed

 

Please note:
A complete change in haircut style, hair color direction, or overall look is not considered a service adjustment.

Haircut & Style Adjustment Policy

Minor refinements within the originally agreed style are complimentary.

However, if a client chooses to completely change the haircut or styling direction after the barber has completed the service:

• The adjustment may be rescheduled depending on salon availability
• Additional charges may apply
• In some cases, the fee may be up to 50% of the original service value

 

This allows the salon to maintain timing standards for all scheduled clients.

Hair Color Service Policy

Hair color longevity depends on maintenance, washing habits, hair condition, and home care products.

Important expectations regarding hair color services:

• Slight lightening or fading after several washes is normal
• The main tone remains longer with proper aftercare products
• Hair color remains visible until the colored ends are trimmed
• Short hair naturally reveals regrowth faster than longer styles

 

For men’s hair specifically, natural growth and grey hair may begin appearing within approximately one week, particularly around the front hairline.

• Color-safe shampoo
• Professional salon-recommended products
• Heat protection when styling

Blonde & Silver Color Policy

Blonde, platinum, ash, and silver tones require a bleaching process.

Bleaching can affect hair texture and condition depending on:

• Existing hair health
• Previous chemical treatments
• Hair sensitivity levels
• Scalp condition

 

Possible effects may include:

• Dryness
• Temporary sensitivity
• Hair stress or texture changes

 

These effects remain until the treated hair is gradually trimmed over time.

To maintain blonde or silver tones:

• Use color-safe shampoo regularly
• Avoid harsh shampoos and excessive heat

Keratin Treatment Policy

• Short hair: approximately 1 to 1.5 months
